This Privacy Policy applies to all users ("You" or "User") of the Pill Calculator (the "Tool"), developed by Ethan Wan (the "Developer"). 2. Information Collection
The Tool does not compulsorily collect, store, or upload any personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, game account details, or local device data. If you need to register an account, you will be required to enter an ID, and you can specify any ID code at will. All calculations are performed locally on your device, except for our OCR function. You can send the information stored locally to the server for preservation. By default, the Tool will not send any information to the Developer or other network domains, and all information is only stored locally unless you choose cloud storage.
3. Information Use and Disclosure
Since the Tool does not compulsorily collect any personal data, there is no situation of using or disclosing your personal information. The Developer will never access, share, sell, or rent any of your information, whether personal or non-personal. In case of legal requirements, the Developer may provide relevant non-personal data (if any) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Data Security
The Developer takes data security seriously. Since the Tool does not compulsorily collect or transmit any data, the risk of data leakage, loss, or tampering is completely eliminated. You can use the Tool without worrying about the security of your personal information or game data. The Tool will not access any game files or account data on your device.
5. Policy Updates
The Developer reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on the official website of the Tool, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to check this Policy regularly for updates. Continuing to use the Tool after the update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

开发者高度重视用户数据安全。由于本工具默认不主动收集、传输用户资料，因此不存在数据泄露、丢失或被篡改的风险。用户可安心使用本工具，本工具不会主动读取设备内的游戏文件、账号资料等隐私内容。

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pill Calculator (the "Tool"), developed by Ethan Wan (the "Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the Tool, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy of the Tool. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Tool in any way.
2. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tool for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Tool, nor may you rent, lease, sell, or distribute the Tool to any third party.
3. User Obligations
When using the Tool, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not use the Tool for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to using the Tool to disrupt game balance, infringe on the rights of third parties, or transmit any malicious content. 4. Tool Limitations
The Tool is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Developer does not guarantee that the Tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. The Developer shall not be liable for any errors, delays, or malfunctions in the Tool, nor for any losses or damages caused by your use or inability to use the Tool.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets) in the Tool, its source code, interface design, and related content belong to the Developer. You shall not infringe upon any intellectual property rights of the Developer or any third party in the course of using the Tool.
6. Termination
The Developer reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Tool at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any improper use of the Tool. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Tool and delete all copies of the Tool in your possession. The provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall remain in effect.
7. Changes to Terms
The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the official website of the Tool, and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continuing to use the Tool after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. 使用者义务

本工具按照现有功能状态提供使用。开发者不保证程序永久无BUG、不间断运行、适配全部设备。对于程序故障、运行延迟以及因使用、无法使用本工具造成的直接或间接损失，开发者不承担赔付责任。
5. 知识产权
本工具的源代码、界面、文案及相关资源的知识产权均归开发者所有，包含版权、商标、专利及商业秘密。用户使用过程中不得侵犯开发者及第三方合法知识产权。
6. 协议终止
若用户违反协议条款，开发者有权单方面终止用户使用权限。权限终止后，用户需立即停止使用并删除本地储存的工具文件。协议内依据性质应当永久生效的条款，不因协议终止而失效。
7. 条款变更
开发者可随时修订本用户协议，修改内容将公示于官方网站，更新后立即生效。请用户自行定期查阅条款，继续使用工具视为自动接受新版协议。
